Residential

Jim and Robin had a beautiful property, but their backyard wasn’t living up to it. There was no real space to gather, relax, or entertain. It felt unfinished, like a missed opportunity sitting right outside their door.

They wanted more than just a pool. They wanted a space that felt like a natural extension of their home. Something clean, cohesive, and actually enjoyable to use day or night.

Residential

The homeowner loved her property, but the pool area had seen better days. The aging concrete pool surface, worn tile, and outdated equipment made the space feel tired and high-maintenance. The surrounding yard lacked structure and flow, leaving little room to truly relax or entertain. It had the foundation of something great—but it wasn’t a place you’d look forward to spending time in.

Residential

The homeowners had a beautiful 7-acre property, but the backyard wasn’t living up to its potential. The sloped terrain made it difficult to use the space, and there wasn’t a clear area to relax, entertain, or enjoy the view. What they had was land—but not a destination.
