Most fiberglass pools go in within 2 to 4 weeks, while a custom concrete pool usually runs 6 to 12 weeks. The exact timeline depends on permits, weather, your soil, and how detailed the design is. Concrete needs curing time that fiberglass does not, which is why it takes longer. We will give you a clear schedule for your project at your consultation.

Yes, we take care of the permits for you. That usually means a building permit, an electrical permit for lighting and equipment, and a plumbing permit for the water lines. Most towns also want engineering plans, setback compliance, and any HOA sign-off. The permit step often takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on your town, and we handle every submission so everything is up to code.

We do offer financing to help spread out the cost. We work with lenders who focus on home improvement projects and can set you up with fixed-rate loans and flexible terms. At your consultation we will walk through the options and help you find a payment plan that fits your budget.

Coverage depends on the type of pool and the components. Fiberglass shells often carry structural warranties of 25 to 30 years, and gunite pools are warrantied on the shell and our workmanship. Equipment warranties usually run 1 to 3 years through the manufacturer. We also stand behind our own installation, plumbing, electrical, and finish work, and you get the warranty details in writing.

We can build year-round with some planning around the weather. Fiberglass pools are a good fit for colder months since they do not need concrete to cure.
