Burlington County runs from river towns like Cinnaminson and Moorestown out to the Pinelands around Medford and Tabernacle. Most of it is sandy Coastal Plain ground, and that shapes how we build.
Sandy soil digs fast, but it does not hold a vertical wall, and in low spots the water table can sit close to the surface. We plan shoring and dewatering into the job instead of finding out on dig day.

Fiberglass shells need groundwater controlled during installation, so on high-water-table lots we dewater the hole and set the shell on a stable base. Parts of Medford and Tabernacle also fall inside the New Jersey Pinelands, where Pinelands rules can apply to new work.
Medford and Marlton have plenty of newer neighborhoods with HOA rules on fences and equipment placement, so we get HOA approval before we schedule. We are an authorized dealer for River Pools, Imagine Pools, Latham and Glimmerglass, and every build gets a Pentair equipment package.
Sandy soil drains quickly, which helps patios, but planting needs better soil to thrive. We build paver and stamped concrete decks, walls and lighting, and plan the landscape around the pool.
Pine needles and sand find their way into pools here, so a good cover and a strong filter matter. We install Coverstar automatic covers and handle seasonal service.

Your municipal construction office under the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code. In the Pinelands area, Pinelands rules may apply as well, and HOAs often have their own approval.
New Jersey requires a barrier generally at least 48 inches high with self-closing, self-latching gates, and HOAs may limit style and color. We install aluminum and vinyl code fencing.
It is manageable. We check groundwater before quoting and dewater during installation where needed. We file the 811 utility locate ourselves before any digging, so buried gas, electric and water lines are marked first.
Our pricing page lists the ranges: a fiberglass pool from 20 to 40 feet usually lands around $60,000 to $90,000 for the pool itself, and a 20-foot custom concrete pool starts around $80,000 to $85,000. Decking, fencing and landscape are priced on top, and Financing Available through Lyon Financial.
