How Can We Help?
Newtown lots range from tight streets in the borough to larger properties in Newtown and Upper Makefield townships. We start with the ground: slope, drainage and how the backyard is used.
We design and build inground pools.
Newtown is our home base, so a Newtown pool is a short drive for the crew and the owner. We have finished two pools in town, both on lots with real grade changes.

We have been in business since 2003, started in hardscape, and have built fiberglass pools since 2015. Our Pennsylvania registration is PA046915, and the owner is on site every day of a Newtown build.
On one Newtown property the lot carried real grade change. We engineered a retaining wall system, installed an Imagine Pools Marvelous 30 fiberglass pool (30 by 15 and a half feet, with full-length bench seating) and built an engineered stormwater system to meet municipal requirements.
On a seven-acre Newtown property with sloped terrain, we tiered the yard with retaining walls and set a fiberglass pool and spa into it, with stamped concrete decking and aluminum fencing. That build took about four weeks. We are an authorized dealer for River Pools, Imagine Pools, Latham and Glimmerglass, and every build gets a Pentair equipment package.
Both Newtown projects used retaining walls to turn a slope into usable space, one with a Cambridge paver patio and stamped concrete accents, the other with stamped concrete decking. See the paver patio project and the pool and spa project.
Because we are based in Newtown, openings, closings and service calls are quick to schedule here.
Built-in grills, bars, countertops, and full outdoor kitchens, with the gas and electrical handled in-house.
Pergolas, pavilions, and shade structures that keep your patio and pool comfortable all summer.
Patios, pool decks, walkways, retaining walls, and fire features, built to last.
Yes. Newtown Borough and the surrounding townships each permit pools under the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code, and stormwater rules can apply on larger projects. We pull the permits and meet the inspectors.
A barrier generally at least 48 inches high with self-closing, self-latching gates. Both of our Newtown projects used black aluminum fencing.
The fiberglass pool itself is about two to three weeks of construction once we start. Our Newtown pool and spa project, with walls and decking, took about four weeks.
Our pricing page lists the ranges: a fiberglass pool from 20 to 40 feet usually lands around $60,000 to $90,000 for the pool itself, and a 20-foot custom concrete pool starts around $80,000 to $85,000. Decking, fencing and landscape are priced on top, and Financing Available through Lyon Financial.
That is most of what we have done in Newtown. A slope usually means an engineered retaining wall and a drainage plan, which we design along with the pool.
We file the 811 utility locate ourselves before any digging, so buried gas, electric and water lines are marked first.
All of Bucks County, including Yardley, Washington Crossing, Richboro and Wrightstown.
Both are on our project gallery with photos.
Newtown is where our yard is. The borough’s historic center has small lots and close neighbors, while Newtown and Upper Makefield townships have larger properties, many with slopes. Those slopes are why both of our Newtown projects included retaining walls: one engineered to resolve a grade change, the other tiered across a seven-acre property.
Much of this part of Bucks sits on Newark Basin shale, so we look for rock during the site visit and plan the excavation around what we find.
