How Can We Help?
If your pool is past its life, the choice is usually repair or replace. We look at what you have, tell you honestly which makes sense, and plan the new backyard around it.
We design and build inground pools.
Yardley is a river town with older homes and mature yards, and many of the pools here are decades old. We replaced a failing 30-year-old liner pool in Yardley with a fiberglass pool and spa.

Hydroscape started in 2003 as a hardscape company and has built fiberglass pools since 2015. We are registered in Pennsylvania as PA046915, with the owner on site.
On the Yardley project we removed the old liner pool and installed an Imagine Pools fiberglass pool and spa combination, with an endless waterfall feature.
Around it we built Belgard pavers, natural stone hardscaping, a Trex composite deck and a custom pavilion, with a six-foot beige vinyl privacy fence. We are an authorized dealer for River Pools, Imagine Pools, Latham and Glimmerglass, and every build gets a Pentair equipment package.
Yardley lots are often close together, so the privacy fence mattered as much as the patio. See the Yardley renovation project.
Yardley is a short drive from our Newtown yard, so openings, closings and service visits are easy to schedule.
Built-in grills, bars, countertops, and full outdoor kitchens, with the gas and electrical handled in-house.
Pergolas, pavilions, and shade structures that keep your patio and pool comfortable all summer.
Patios, pool decks, walkways, retaining walls, and fire features, built to last.

It can. The Delaware flooded Yardley badly in 2004, 2005 and 2006, so on lower lots we check the floodplain maps and plan equipment height and drainage accordingly.
A barrier generally at least 48 inches high with self-closing, self-latching gates. The Yardley project used a six-foot vinyl privacy fence.
It depends on the shell and the plumbing. A 30-year-old liner pool, like the one we replaced here, is often near the end; we will tell you straight.
Our pricing page lists the ranges: a fiberglass pool from 20 to 40 feet usually lands around $60,000 to $90,000 for the pool itself, and a 20-foot custom concrete pool starts around $80,000 to $85,000. Decking, fencing and landscape are priced on top, and Financing Available through Lyon Financial.

Yardley’s older homes come with older pools, and many are due for replacement. Lots near the river need a floodplain check, and the Delaware’s floods in 2004, 2005 and 2006 are the reason we plan equipment and drainage carefully here.
Our Yardley project swapped a failing liner pool for a fiberglass pool and spa, with pavers, natural stone, a composite deck and a pavilion.
